Early Saturday morning I got the news that one of my entries, Chapter 19, was accepted for a special traveling exhibit sponsored by Studio Art Quilt Associates.

The theme for this Regional exhibit is; Prime, Primary, Primordial, and could be entered by Illinois & Wisconsin members exclusively.
The SAQA qualified juror, Jill Rumoshosky Werner, http://wernerstudio.com/ selected 14 pieces from among 35 entries by 18 members plus 2 curator quilts. The Co-curators are Stephanie Nordlin http://www.stephanienordlin.com/ & Clairan Ferrano. http://www.fabric8tions.net/
The Premiere location will be: Pennsylvania National Quilt Extravaganza, Harrisburg, PA Sept. 4-7,2008. It will then travel to World Quilt-New England, Manchester, NH, Sept. 18-21,2008.
Other venues are yet to be arranged.
